b. Customersuccess@ra.org
- Companies preparing the audit, not holding an UTZ certificate or new to RA
a. Complete your profile in the new Rainforest Alliance Certification Platform (RACP) and RA will provide you with a verification level (A to E) determining the audit regime.
b. For companies with verification level A: Audit exempt. Please complete the self-assessment by logging into the RACP and clicking on the 'endorsement preparation data' tab. From here you can select 'open' and you will be guided through the process. Once completed, please upload the self-assessment into the RACP for RA to review. Once this is completed and RA has confirmed all required information, RA will issue your audit exempt Endorsement Certificate.
c. For companies with verification levels B-E: audit is required. Please send this information to CUC so we can schedule an audit.
