Control Union Awards Triple ISCC Certification to Korean Refiner S-OIL

Certification awarded by Control Union to S-OIL
Seoul, South Korea – S-OIL has been awarded three green certifications under the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) system by CUC Germany. This milestone marks a significant stride towards sustainability and low-carbon product manufacturing.

The certifications, including ISCC CORSIA in the aviation sector, ISCC EU in alignment with the European Union’s Renewable Energy Directive, and ISCC PLUS for sustainable biomass and circular resource use, were all awarded to S-OIL at a ceremony held at its headquarters in Seoul on April 4.

NEWS - 20-10-2023 Bio-Catering für die Außer-Haus-VerpflegungThe new out-of-home catering regulation has been in effect since 05.10.2023.

Until now, out-of-home catering (AHV) businesses in the bio sector have been regulated under the Organic Farming Act - ÖLG. Since the summer of 2023, the new version is in effect (Öko-Landbaugesetz-Durchführungsverordnung - ÖLG-DV) and the AHV sector is now regulated in a separate regulation, the Bio-AHVV.
