HIRING: Accountant (m/f/d) on a part-time basis

We are looking for an accountant (m/f/d) for our office in Berlin with immediate effect, initially on a part-time basis.

Your tasks

  • accounting of all business transactions after invoice verification
  • payment transactions and monitoring of cash positions
  • preparation of open item lists and their monitoring
  • dunning
  • accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
  • collaboration on the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • preparation of declarations in foreign trade
  • obtaining qualified confirmations for VAT identification numbers

 

Your profile

  • completed relevant education/ training
  • at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of accounting
  • confident handling of DATEV programs and MS-Office, ideally also with

Navision SAS

  • experience in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • Hands-On-Mentality
  • independent, team-oriented and organized work style, with a focus on goals and results
  • fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Communication skills, loyalty and reliability complete your profile
