Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1165

New Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1165 on the authorisation of certain products and substances for use in organic production and the compilation of lists thereof was published.
The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1165 of 15 July 2021 concerning the authorisation of certain products and substances for use in organic production and the compilation of lists thereof was published in the Official Journal of the EU L 253 of 16 July 2021. It is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in each Member State as from 1 January 2022.
